You can’t get in shape just by reading about it, you have to work out.
That’s the entire message for today. There are no shortcuts to success; you must do the work.
But I have some good news. I know the secret to success and am going to share it with you now.
The secret to success is relentless consistency. If you are willing to wake up each day and put in the work, you can get there, but only if you are relentlessly consistent.
I promise, this works for anything you are trying to do.
Dieting? Consistently follow the diet, and be relentless, and you will see results.
Are you trying to build muscle? Consistently work out on a set schedule, and be relentless, and you will tone up.
Are you learning a new skill? Consistent practice and a relentless commitment to learning the skill, and you will improve quickly.
I challenge you today, target something you have wanted to do. Look in the mirror and promise yourself you will commit to being consistent for six months. Then, maintain a relentless commitment to being consistent and following the plan, do not slack off, and do not cheat, and I promise you that you’ll see success towards whatever you are trying to achieve.
If you follow these steps, success is inevitable. THERE IS NOTHING YOU CANNOT DO if you are relentlessly consistent. It really is that simple.
